Twelve LinkedIn posts written to your voice, plus a monthly strategy and voice call. That’s the retainer. The founding rate is $750/month. The standard rate is $1,050. This is for clients who join me while the practice is new. Don’t worry, the discount is a function of timing and doesn’t represent any reduction in the quality or quantity of work.

The call is essential. It’s the part where I learn how to translate what you think into content your audience wants to read.
The first month works a little differently. Our first call supports:

Months two through twelve your retainer is for one call and twelve posts.
Every two months, you get a metrics report analyzing what’s working and what needs revisiting.
The contract runs 12 months, with a 30-day notice opportunity after month 3.

How are the interview sessions conducted?
Our interview sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide.
How are posts delivered?
As drafts. You publish them yourself, or I can post directly to your account. Either way works; we confirm your preference at onboarding. Beyond the monthly call, the time commitment is light: draft review and written feedback.
What commitment is required?
This is a 12-month contract. There’s an exit option after month three: 30 days’ written notice. The full terms are in the contract, which you’ll have before anything starts.
What’s in the bi-monthly metrics report?
What’s in it depends on your account access: engagement rate and follower growth are always covered, impressions and deeper analytics when you have backend access to share.
What is a Content Pillars Strategy document?
It’s a framework we build together in your first month. It considers your goals, your background, and the specific audience you want to reach, then gives us a structured set of content themes designed to appeal to the right people. Instead of deciding what to post week to week, we have a map. Every post we write from month two onward is grounded in it.
What’s in the Profile Optimization Gap Analysis?
It’s a report delivered in your first month that covers what’s happening now on your profile, what needs to change, and suggested copy you can drop directly into those sections, or hand back to me to do.
Do you handle commenting on posts or LinkedIn DMs?
Yes, if you add me as an authorized user on your LinkedIn profile. We’d agree on templates that fit your voice and your goals. This is an add-on service, not included in the base retainer, but available.
Can you write for regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or utilities?
Yes. I’ve written for clients in all three. The standard process already handles it: you review every post before it goes anywhere, which is the norm regardless of industry.
